Refund policy

Lumen Audit is a one-time digital service. If you have not submitted a website URL yet, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

Once work on your submitted URL has started, the fee is not refundable. If we cannot reach the public pages you provided, we will ask for a reachable URL. If none is provided within 7 days, you may still request a refund.

This policy does not promise search rankings or traffic. Request a refund from the contact page or your membership thread.
